Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end order fulfillment
across Shopify, Amazon, and other online sales channels.
Process, track, and update orders to ensure
on-time dispatch and delivery
.
Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, and courier/logistics partners for smooth operations.
Handle
inventory management
, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
Monitor and resolve
order issues
including returns, cancellations, or delayed shipments.
Manage
payment reconciliation and settlement
through Razorpay and other gateways.
Generate regular reports on order status, fulfillment metrics, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with marketplace requirements (Amazon, Shopify) and internal SOPs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment
(Shopify & Amazon experience is a must).
Good knowledge of
payment gateways (Razorpay preferred)
and reconciliation processes.
Strong understanding of
logistics operations
(courier services, shipping labels, returns).
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
