About the Role

Cura Home is looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Order Fulfillment Executive

to manage the complete order process--from confirmation to installation. You'll coordinate with clients, production, and logistics teams to ensure every order is executed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Confirm order details with customers and obtain signed approval before production. Arrange and deliver fabric and polish samples to clients. Assist clients in choosing suitable fabric and polish color combinations. Issue cash receipts, collect balance payments, and ensure accurate transaction records. Coordinate production updates, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines. Provide on-ground assistance for delivery, unloading, and installation. Share progress photos and updates with clients during each production stage. Maintain order documentation and ensure excellent post-sale communication.

Skills & Requirements

Strong coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently. Prior experience in furniture, interiors, or operations preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
