Coordinator
to manage the complete sales order cycle, from processing incoming sales orders to ensuring timely delivery and post-sales support. This dual-function role requires coordination. Across multiple departments, including sales, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure an excellent customer experience and seamless fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and enter customer orders in ERP/CRM systems with accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, terms, and stock availability.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Prepare and verify shipment documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans.
Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues like delays, shortages, or damages.
Respond to customer inquiries on products, pricing, lead times, and order statuses.
Generate sales and order reports for internal tracking and management review.
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth order processing.
Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to verify stock and raise restocking requests.
Track shipments and maintain logistics records, resolving any discrepancies or returns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors through prompt and professional communication.
Follow up post-delivery to gather feedback and address service-related concerns.
Requirements
Preferred Experience:
Experience handling B2B customer accounts and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or global logistics.
Working knowledge of order-to-cash processes.

Order processing response time

Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
