Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Fulfillment Associate to manage the end-to-end order processing cycle on Shopify. This role involves receiving and verifying orders, preparing and packing items, ensuring timely dispatch, and updating tracking information to provide customers with a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review incoming customer orders through Shopify Verify product availability and ensure accurate order details before processing Pick, pack, and label items securely for shipment in line with company standards Generate and print shipping labels and documentation Coordinate with courier partners to schedule pickups and deliveries Update order status on Shopify with tracking details for customer visibility Monitor order progress and follow up on any shipping delays or issues Maintain organized records of all orders, shipments, and returns Collaborate with inventory team to track stock movement and update availability Provide support to customer service for any order-related queries

Requirements:

Previous experience with Shopify order management (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and courier coordination Good communication skills for liaising with courier partners and internal teams Proficiency in using Shopify and related order processing tools

Work Environment:

Office/warehouse setting with active involvement in packing and dispatch Role may involve occasional lifting of packages
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
