to support our growing jewelry business. This dual-role position involves tracking and managing customer/wholesale orders while ensuring accurate data entry into our ERP system. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, knowledge of jewelry or ERP software (preferably E-JEWELS ERP), and a proactive approach to follow-ups and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update order data accurately in the E-JEWELS ERP system
Follow up on pending orders with production, QA, and dispatch teams
Ensure orders are complete, correctly priced, and meet delivery timelines
Coordinate with internal departments to track order status and escalate delays
Maintain detailed records of all orders, communications, and updates
Assist with generating invoices, shipping labels, and order reports
Handle basic customer communication regarding order status or queries
Support additional admin or data entry tasks as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or admin training is a plus
1-2 years of experience in data entry, order coordination, or back-office operations
Familiarity with ERP systems; E-JEWELS ERP experience preferred
Basic understanding of jewelry products and terminology is an advantage
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
