About the Role
As a Junior Process Analyst, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and improving critical business processes that directly impact U.S. logistics operations. You'll work on real-world business challenges, collaborate with leadership teams, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize backend operations for U.S.-based logistics clients.
Build and maintain structured reports and trackers using Google Sheets or Excel.
Use basic data functions such as VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and formatting to manage and organize information effectively.
Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements in workflow efficiency.
Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency.
Communicate directly with U.S. clients through email and calls to align on expectations and updates.
Take full ownership of assigned processes -- ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
Collaborate with internal and client teams to solve operational and business-level challenges.
