Receive and process jewellery orders from Sales or clients
Verify design, gold, diamond, size, and delivery details
Enter orders into ERP / Excel system
Coordinate with CAD, Casting, Setting, Polishing & QC teams
Track order status and ensure on-time completion
Update Sales and clients on order progress
Coordinate with Dispatch for shipment and invoicing
Maintain order records and daily status reports
