We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Order Coordinator (male only)
to manage end-to-end order processing for our fashion e-commerce brand. The role requires working in the
night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM)
and close coordination with internal teams, vendors, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment and a smooth post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage daily customer orders across e-commerce platforms
Coordinate with warehouse, production, tailoring, vendors, and logistics teams
Track order timelines and proactively flag delays or issues
Communicate order updates to customers via email/WhatsApp
Handle international orders and customer communication
Manage returns, exchanges, alterations, and order modifications
Maintain and update order tracking sheets and internal reports
Support the customer service team during sales, festive seasons, and high-volume periods
Ensure accurate documentation for shipments and deliveries
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in the
fashion industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good written and verbal communication in
English
Experience with ethnic wear or made-to-order fashion
Exposure to international customers and shipments
Working knowledge of
Excel / Google Sheets
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
Ability to work under tight timelines and handle peak-season pressure
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
