Role Overview



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Order Coordinator

to manage end-to-end order processing for our fashion e-commerce brand. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, vendors, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment and a seamless post-purchase experience. Preference will be given to candidates with e-commerce experience; however, strong customer handling experience is also acceptable.

Key Responsibilities



Process and manage daily customer orders across e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with warehouse, production, tailoring, vendors, and logistics teams for smooth order execution. Track order timelines and proactively identify delays or operational issues. Communicate order status updates to customers via email and WhatsApp. Handle international orders and overseas customer communication. Manage returns, exchanges, alterations, and order modifications. Maintain and update order tracking sheets, dashboards, and internal reports. Support the customer service team during high-volume periods such as sales and festive seasons. Ensure accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and delivery records. Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in order coordination, customer support, or operations (fashion or e-commerce preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Customer handling experience with professional communication etiquette. Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for order tracking and reporting. Strong problem-solving mindset with close attention to detail. Ability to handle peak-season pressure and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)



Prior experience in the

fashion or apparel industry

(especially ethnic wear or made-to-order brands). Exposure to

international shipments and global customer handling

. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems. Understanding of end-to-end e-commerce order lifecycle.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
