Hair Transplant Surgeon

Required Qualifications

? MDS -Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
? Minimum

1+ year hands-on experience

in Hair Transplant procedures
? Experience with

DHI / FUE techniques

? Registered with DCI/KMC or relevant council
? Strong surgical hand skills and eye for detail

Key Responsibilities

Surgical Duties

Perform complete hair transplant procedures (Designing, Extraction,& Implantation depending on workflow) Perform DHI / FUE extraction and implantation with precision Plan and design natural-looking hairlines suited to patient facial symmetry Ensure graft handling, storage, and OT sterilization protocols are followed

Patient Consultation & Communication

Conduct pre-operative consultation and assess patient eligibility Explain procedure, results timeline, risks, and post-care instructions Review medical reports and ensure patient fitness before surgery

Clinical & Post-Operative Care

Monitor patients during and after procedures Provide post-operative follow-up, medication guidance, and result tracking Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

Team Collaboration & Training

Work closely with the OT team, technicians, and clinical staff Train and guide junior team members if required Maintain clinic safety standards and compliance protocols

Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to deliver natural-looking results Excellent dexterity, patience, and precision in surgical execution Professional bedside manner, empathy, and strong patient communication Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with high attention to detail
