Module Lead - Oracle Unified Assurance
Location: Pune/ Noida
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Education: B.E./ B.Tech./MCA
Primary Skills: Oracle Unified Assurance, Service Assurance, OSS, BSS
:
- Strong experience in Unified Communications Monitoring and Service Assurance to support the Customer's Engineering and Operations team to standardize processes and practices defined for system and infrastructure monitoring as well as ensure service assurance.
- Work with the Customer's Engineering and Operations team to evaluate and optimize Unified Communications systems monitoring capabilities
- Review system alarms definitions and technical articles provided by the vendors and write process and knowledge base articles to enhance system monitoring and incident management
- Streamline and enhance monitoring methodologies to ensure uptime, voice and video performance and client experience.
- Work with the Customer's Engineering and Operations team to evaluate and optimize Unified Communications systems monitoring capabilities
- Review system alarms definitions and technical articles provided by the vendors and write process and knowledge base articles to enhance system monitoring and incident management
- Implement new processes to achieve and maintain availability and performance SLAs for Customer's Services.
