Position Title: Oracle Trainer

Training Program: Oracle Apps - Day Wise Structured Sessions

Employment Type: Contract / Full-time

Location: Onsite / Remote (as applicable)

Experience Required: 1+ years in technical




Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training sessions as per the day-wise curriculum focusing on: Power Skills (Behavioral & Language Proficiency): Ice-breaking, communication skills, goal setting, team building, adaptability, time management, etc. Programming Fundamentals: Pseudocode, control structures, arrays, functions, loops, input/output methods, debugging, etc. Advanced Programming & SQL: PL/SQL concepts, joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Software Development Concepts: Requirement analysis, pseudocode modeling, debugging techniques. Oracle Apps Modules (as per curriculum): Overview and integration concepts based on client requirements. Use interactive teaching methods, real-world examples, and hands-on activities to enhance understanding. Track and report trainee progress and engagement levels. Modify content delivery based on learner feedback and understanding. Conduct assessments to evaluate learning outcomes. Collaborate with the learning and development team to refine training plans.



Key Skills:

Strong command over programming concepts and Oracle Apps fundamentals. Ability to teach both technical and behavioral/communication skills effectively. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Comfortable using digital tools for online training delivery.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
