Job Title - Oracle Taleo Consultant
Experience - 6 - 12 Years
Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:-

• Taleo Configuration & Customization: Hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, and customizing Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules to align with organizational requirements.
• Recruitment Workflows & Best Practices: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, hiring workflows, candidate lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.
• Integration & Data Management: Expertise in Taleo Connect Client (TCC), web services, and APIs for seamless integrations with HR systems, ERP, and third-party applications.
• Reporting & Analytics: Proficient in Taleo reporting tools, data extraction, and creating dashboards/metrics to support talent acquisition insights and decision-making.
