Roles & Responsibilities:
- Techno Functional Consultant on OTM
- Ability to understand the interactions between OTM/ERP and WMS
- Ability to configure OTM from a technical standpoint including agents, workflows, users etc
- Participate in customer workshops for requirements, design, CRPs
- Execute test cycles
- Create configuration documents
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Ability to map integrations is a bonus
- Good understand of analytics and OTM supported tools
- Ability to create and edit XML files
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in multi-functional teams
