Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Fusion Consultant specializing in

Order Management

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications

, with hands-on experience in

Order to Cash (O2C) processes

, Order Management configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting. The consultant will be responsible for delivering functional solutions, supporting business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless Order Management operations within Oracle Fusion SCM.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and support of

Oracle Fusion Order Management

modules. Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design workshops with stakeholders. Configure and customize

Order Management (OM)

processes within Oracle Fusion to meet business needs. Support

Order to Cash (O2C)

cycle processes, including Sales Orders, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Invoicing. Provide expertise in

Fusion Order Management

,

Pricing

,

Product Information Management (PIM)

, and related SCM modules. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with other systems (ERP, CRM, 3PL, etc.). Manage system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide end-user training. Identify process improvements and provide innovative solutions to optimize supply chain operations. Handle day-to-day support, incident resolution, and system enhancements. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

8 years of overall experience

, with

4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM

, particularly in

Order Management

. Strong knowledge of

Oracle Fusion Order Management

,

Order to Cash (O2C)

processes, and

Pricing

functionalities. Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of

Fusion SCM Order Management

. Good understanding of related modules such as

Inventory Management

,

Shipping

,

Receivables

, and

Product Information Management (PIM)

. Experience with integrations using

Web Services

,

REST/SOAP APIs

, or

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including technical developers, business users, and project managers. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of industry best practices in supply chain and order fulfillment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Certifications. Experience with

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

and extensions. Exposure to

Finance

or other related modules is a plus. Knowledge of reporting tools like

OTBI

,

BI Publisher

, or

FBDI/ADFDI

templates. Experience in working in

Agile

or

Waterfall

project methodologies.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team. Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle Certifications in SCM Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
