Profile Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Consultant to manage Application Managed Services (AMS) projects. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, particularly in managing post-implementation support and enhancements. He should hold expertise in supporting following modules AP, AR, GL, SLA and tax management.
Responsibilities:
1. System Maintenance and Support:
a. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
b. Handle user issues and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
c. Handle periodic activities and critical issues
2. Enhancements and Upgrades:
a. Analyse business requirements and propose solutions for system enhancements.
b. Manage configuration changes and system upgrades as needed.
3. Change Management:
a. Assess impact of changes and enhancements on existing configurations.
b. Coordinate change requests and ensure compliance with change management processes.
4. User Training and Documentation:
a. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
b. Ensure users are proficient in utilizing Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities.
5. Client Relationship Management:
a. Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication related to AMS activities.
b. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
a. Monitor system performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
b. Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
b. Oracle ERP Cloud certification preferred.
c. Minimum 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financials Cloud applications.
d. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Note: Must be Fusion certified professional in Finance area
