  • Analyse applications, exchange points, data formats, connectivity requirements, technology environment, enterprise specifics, client requirements to define an integration solution design framework/ architecture
  • Define service contracts, service design, canonical messages
  • Provide technical leadership to the design, development and implementation of integration solutions through relevant application of architecture patterns
  • Identify and reuse integration assets – services, frameworks and canonical messages to ensure scalability and optimization
  • Clearly articulate, document and use integration patterns, best practices and processes.
  • Works closely with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance and manage issues through to resolution
  • Document integration architecture covering logical, deployment and data views mentioning all the artefacts in detail
  • Collaborates with all relevant parties in order to review the objectives and constraints of solutions and determine conformance with the overall Enterprise Architecture.
  • Identifies implementation risks and potential impacts.
  • Develops and establishes relevant integration metrics (KPI/SLA) to drive results
  • Guide the development and maintenance of integration services and related artefacts
  • Develops trust and builds effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement across individual product teams
  • Coordinate with the client teams to ensure all requirements are met and create an effective integration solution
Skills
  • At least 8 years’ experience in Integration Middleware covering Enterprise Service Bus, Service Oriented Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing integration solutions using Oracle middleware stack for Oracle Retail Implementation
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Retail footprint and Architecture suite of modules
  • Strong experience in architecture design principles, patterns, frameworks and documentation
  • Expertise on Microservices, API Management, Integration Platforms as a Service and B2BI Gateways
  • Expertise in understanding system design and perform problem solving in a complex environment
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following integration middleware – Software AG, TIBCO, IBM IIB, MuleSoft, Boomi or Fuse
  • Experience in defining Cloud and hybrid integration architecture
  • Experience in leading/working in an Integration Centre of Excellence
  • Experience in OCI and OIC

2- Oracle Retail Business Analyst: The Business Analyst role involves assisting with program development that supports corporate timelines with focus on Oracle Retail Products. Other important responsibilities of a retail business analyst include assisting with new client implementation, providing analytical support to maximize product performance, conducting merchandising and financial analysis, analyzing reports and evaluating retail performance, and making recommendations.
Responsibilities: Work with Business stakeholders in identifying business requirements for projects, products, and programmes of work that maximize business impact / benefits within a realistic setting. Document business requirements for IT projects and deliveries in a continuous manner. Visualize process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and the IT user adoption team, to establish mutual understanding and accountability. Apply business analysis understanding and common sense into day to day deliveries. Effectively interact with business stakeholders for IT solutions. Effectively prioritize projects and deliverables in order to meet deadlines and manage the expectations set by management.
Skills: Demonstrable experience in the retail industry, experience on Oracle retail implementation is an added advantage. Ability to presenting complex information in an understandable manner to business and being able to coach and lead others Business Analysis experience in a number of significant/ global projects Experience of working in a complex environment with both internal and 3rd party resources Practical experience of documenting business processes using specified process methodologies Knowledge and practical experience of mapping retail business processes Experience of documenting requirements in a structured template Knowledge of Basic SQL and any visualization tool Ability to rapidly and thoroughly understand the environment in which you will operate (people, applications, technology, process) Strong decision-making, communication and diplomatic skills Ability to work in an international multicultural team
3 JD - Oracle Retail Testing

• Must have 4 - 6 testing experience in different Oracle Retail modules like RMS, RPM, RTM, ReSA
  • Should be flexible with UK working hours
  • Good in verbal and written communication and client handling
  • Must be an individual contributor and should manage tasks with minimum guidance
  • Must be able to mentor team members in Oracle Retail modules
