Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide application support for Oracle Retail v12+ modules (RMS, RPM, SIM, ReSA).
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including log analysis and root cause determination.
- Manage system patching, upgrades, and overall environment maintenance.
- Support integrations with Oracle EBS, POS, WMS, and other related systems.
- Monitor application health using Datadog and handle incidents through ServiceNow.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Drive proactive incident reduction, automate tasks, and contribute to continuous service improvements.
- Utilize strong Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and performance tuning expertise.
- Leverage hands-on experience with Oracle Retail data models.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
