We are currently seeking a Oracle R12 - Sabrix Functional Expert Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). G11 - Sabrex- Expert Functional Consultant Job duties/Responsibilities: Provide L1 & L2 support for the Application Maintenance engagement which is heavy off-shore and lean on-shore Predominant scope of L2 support includes the below list activities in Finance Functionalities - Sales Tax issues in Accounts receivables/Billing , One source Indirect Tax, Invoicing , Oracle Apps interfacing issues, IIQ Support Setup Issue, Process Issue, Struck Transaction, Incorrect Process, Know-How, Data Corruption, Technical Bug Fixes, Data Extracts, Product Bugs Addressing an integration failure reported, Reprocess integrations, Analyse failures, Fix Integration code, Co-ordinate with 3rd party for testing Critical month/Quarter/Year End Issues - All hands on the deck kind of issues Data Fixes - Create Scripts, Test, Update/ Work with Oracle for fix, Mass Loads / Updates Enhancing the existing systems, New setups, Report Developments that consume Before getting into L1/L2 Support, person should be able to participate in Due diligence as needed to understand the application portfolio landscape , take Transition-in as per the defined process, provide Stead state Service Delivery as per KPIs/SLAs Support coverage is considered 12.5 support and be flexible to work as per project need i.e to 1 to 11PM or 4PM to 2AM IST Demonstrate Positive work attitude & communication in work co-ordination & meetings, status reporting. To be able to independently work and at the same time, be a good team player to collaborate with stake holders as necessary Escalate issues to the PM/DM in a timely manner and be associated for issue resolution. To be flexible work in Remote and work from office as directed by Organization leadership. Technical expertise To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced expertise of Tax technology solution software (Sabrix, ONESOURCE Indirect Tax) and it\'s functionalities Setups and configurations and it\'s integration with Oracle EBS/ DB. Must have knowledge on Oracle financials, Oracle Account Receivables, Account Payables, EB Tax , Oracle Fixed Assets , Good understanding on Oracle General Ledger and expenses, Should be proficient in MS office and querying and research - Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Putty, WinSCP, SQL Developer/ Toad, and Internet navigation and research Job experience Bachelors degree and nice to educational background or any certification in Finance Must have five years minimum experience as Oracle finance functional Consultant along with Sabrix and overall functional support consultant with > 10 yrs exp Experience in implementing some combination of Oracle Financial applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA) modules. Experience in 2 or 3 Full Life-cycle implementations of Oracle E-Business suit along with Sabrix implementation Should have hands on experience of Oracle setups such as Profile options, Concurrent programs/ executables, request sets, value sets, users, responsibilities, eBTax regime to rate and rules setups etc. Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills required. Experience with Sabrix tax issues in Accounts receivables/Billing, One source Indirect Tax, Invoicing and Oracle Apps. Capable to understand, articulate & address the business needs as well as pain points. Provide L2 Support for addressing functional issues, configurations, customizations, reports, interfaces and testing.
