Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) development and implementation. Strong understanding of OTM architecture, modules, workflows, and configuration. Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and database management. Experience in designing and customizing screen sets, automation agents, and data queries within OTM. Proficient in OTM Web Services (REST/SOAP) and integration with third-party systems. Hands-on experience with middleware tools such as Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for OTM integrations. Sound knowledge of transportation management processes and supply chain concepts. Exposure to OTM Cloud implementations and migration projects is an added advantage. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
