We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Capital department as an Oracle OTB/BI Report specialist at GSB Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Oracle OTB/BI reports to support our HR team in making data-driven decisions.

Design and create Oracle OTB/BI reports based on business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather report specifications Analyze data to identify trends and insights for the Human Capital department Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in all reports Provide training and support to end-users on report usage
