Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead Location: Remote Experience: 7+ years overall, with 3+ years in enterprise-scale integration
Role Overview
We are looking for an OIC Lead to drive design, delivery, and support of enterprise integrations. You will lead B2B and cloud/on?prem integrations using OIC/SOA/MFT, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and set best practices for scalable, secure integration patterns across ERP and adjacent systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration delivery using OIC, SOA/SOACS, and MFT (design, build, test, deploy, support) Own B2B integrations including EDI and cloud-based partner integrations Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices (error handling, retries, idempotency, security) Collaborate with business, product, ERP teams (Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP), and third-party vendors Translate business processes (P2P, O2C, logistics, procurement, supply chain) into robust integration designs Guide estimates, planning, and milestones; manage risks, dependencies, and change controls Mentor engineers, conduct code/design reviews, and promote automation and continuous improvement Establish monitoring, alerting, and SLA dashboards for integration health and performance
Qualifications

7+ years total IT experience, with 3+ years in enterprise-scale integration environments Strong proficiency with Oracle SOA/SOACS, OIC, and MFT Solid understanding of B2B/EDI, protocols (FTP/SFTP/AS2), data formats (XML, XSD), and mappings Working knowledge of API-first design, API gateways, and hybrid integration models Strong grasp of SDLC/Agile practices and integration project management Excellent stakeholder management, problem solving, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have

Experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP and SAP Exposure to API Management platforms (e.g., OCI API Gateway, Apigee, Kong) Prior leadership of globally distributed integration teams Relevant Oracle certifications
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
