Oracle Hyperion Senior ConsultantJob Location: Hyderabad, TelanganaOverview: OSI Digital is looking for a Hyperion consultant who has expertise in Gathering and understand business requirement, configuration and Production support of the application . Also should have strong foundation in Planning and Budgeting business process.Responsibilities: * Interact with clients to understand their business processes, financial goals, and reporting needs.

• Gather and analyze client requirements related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Design and customize EPM solutions to meet client needs, utilizing EPM software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or other relevant tools.
• Lead or assist in the implementation of EPM solutions, ensuring the integration with existing systems and databases.
• Provide training to end-users on the effective use of EPM tools and functionalities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, system glitches, and performance bottlenecks related to EPM applications.
• Optimize EPM processes and models to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and reporting.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates of EPM software, and implement upgrades or enhancements as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to EPM solution configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other relevant departments

Requirements: * 8+ years of proven experience as an Hyperion Consultant or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of EPM tools such as Oracle Hyperion, EPM Cloud Suite, Anaplan, etc.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
• Proficiency in EPM software and tools, including configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and scripting languages (Groovy)
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize EPM solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Client-facing experience and the ability to engage with clients to understand their needs.
• Project management skills to lead or assist in EPM implementation projects.
• Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other relevant departments.
