Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Hyperion Consultant

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Financial Management with a deep understanding of financial processes and reporting. This is a

remote

position requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Hyperion Planning applications and financial reporting solutions Implement and support Oracle Hyperion suite including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and Smart View Collaborate with finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations Manage data integrations between Hyperion and other enterprise systems (ERP, Data Warehouses, etc.) Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements Prepare technical documentation and conduct end-user training and support Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion products (Planning, Essbase, HFM) Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Reporting, Smart View, and Business Rules scripting Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes Experience with data integration tools like FDMEE, ODI, or Data Management Good knowledge of SQL and scripting languages for automation and reporting Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Hyperion certification(s) Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Exposure to cloud-based EPM solutions (Oracle EPM Cloud)
