Manage
end-to-end Oracle HRMS implementations, upgrades, and rollouts

Perform
functional setups
, documentation, and testing (SIT, UAT).
Handle
Oracle HRMS workflows
, Fast Formulas, and personalization.
Support statutory requirements (PF, PT, ESI, Tax configurations, etc. where applicable).
Prepare MD50, BR100, TE40 and other Oracle standard documents.
Provide user training and post-production support.

Technical Responsibilities (if techno-functional)
Work with PL/SQL for reports, data fixes, and customizations.
Collaborate with technical teams for

Develop/test Oracle HRMS Fast Formulas (Payroll, OTL, Benefits).
