Oracle HRMS Consultant

Act as business consultant/advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Lead requirement gathering sessions with HC and relevant departments. Benchmark HC processes against industry standards and recommend improvements. Guide the development of business requirements documentation. Streamline and automate all HC services. Reduce payroll errors and redundancies in HR data. Achieve an integrated view of the bank's structure and workforce. Increase operational efficiency and reporting capabilities. Align Oracle HRMS platform with modern industry standards

The Consultant shall:



Possess deep experience in HRMS transformations across leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle,

Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).

Guide the HC team in defining clear, structured business requirements aligned with global best practices.

Act as a business representative in all phases of the project: requirement gathering, design validation, testing, support, and user adoption.

Collaborate with the IT/Oracle team to ensure the system reflects defined requirements.

Contribute to HC service digitization efforts (including self-service portal and mobile enablement).
