Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud especially in Absence Management and Payroll
Proficiency in fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI and HDL
Good understanding of Payroll flow, retro-pay, balance adjustments and absence accrual plans
Ability to write and debug SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts
Experience with integration tools like OIC, REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services
Keeping up to date with Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new features
