Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

specializing in

Absence Management

to join our HR Technology team. This is a "bridge" role requiring a deep understanding of HR business processes combined with the technical mastery needed to build complex logic using

Oracle Fast Formulas

.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a proven track record of designing, configuring, and troubleshooting intricate absence schemes for global organizations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Execution & Fast Formulas

Complex Logic Design:

Develop, test, and maintain advanced

Fast Formulas

(Accrual, Carryover, Enrollment, Validation, and Participation) to meet unique business requirements that fall outside "out-of-the-box" functionality.

Data Integration:

Utilize

HCM Data Loader (HDL)

and

HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)

for mass data updates and initial migrations.

Reporting:

Design and develop custom reports using

OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

and

BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher)

specifically for absence tracking and compliance.

Functional Configuration

Absence Architecture:

Lead the end-to-end configuration of Absence Plans, Types, Reasons, Categories, and Certification requirements.

Requirement Gathering:

Act as the primary liaison between HR business partners and the technical team to translate complex leave policies (FMLA, Sickness, Maternity, PTO) into system requirements.

Global Compliance:

Ensure absence configurations adhere to local labor laws and collective bargaining agreements across different legislations.

Support & Optimization

Troubleshooting:

Resolve high-priority tickets related to accrual balance discrepancies and formula errors.

Quarterly Updates:

Assess the impact of Oracle Cloud quarterly releases on existing absence configurations and Fast Formulas.
Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,760,000.00 per year
