Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR and strong working knowledge of Global Transfer processes and Glide Tool. The ideal consultant will have extensive implementation experience, strong functional understanding of global HR operations, and the ability to manage client-facing workshops, configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role requires ownership of end-to-end Core HR delivery with a specific focus on global workforce movement, transfer flows, and data integrity across multi-country HCM setups.

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional delivery for Core HR and Global Transfer operations within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design related to global mobility, transfers, reassignments, and workforce movement.
Configure Core HR including workforce structures, employment flows, person management, legal entities, departments, and positions.
Work with Glide Tool to support migrations, global movement workflows, reconciliations, and data validations.
Manage and implement Global Transfers (inter-company, cross-BU, cross-country) ensuring smooth data flow and compliance.
Support data migration, mapping, and transformation activities related to Core HR & Global Transfers.
Handle setup migration between DEV ? TEST ? PROD environments.
Drive implementation phases -- CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
Troubleshoot Core HR and transfer-related issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
Prepare configuration workbooks, test scripts, functional specifications, and migration documents.
Lead daily interactions with clients, providing guidance, clarifications, and issue resolution.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 8+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Core HR configuration and global HR processes.
Proven working knowledge of:
Global Transfers (multi-country)
Glide Tool for migrations / updates
Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Hands-on experience with:
Requirement elicitation
Gap/fit analysis
Functional design & configuration
Testing (SIT/UAT)
Setup migration
Excellent communication skills and strong client-facing confidence.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving priorities.
Must be comfortable working across global time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to modules like Talent, Absence, or Compensation.
Understanding of cross-module data dependencies in HCM Cloud.
Experience handling Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and regression testing.
