This position requires expertise in the Oracle HCM Cloud role-based security model, focusing on HCM security governance, user administration, role-based security, HCM data restriction, and documentation.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Security.
Deep understanding of security profiles, AoRs and overall Oracle security architecture.
Proven experience in security governance, role management, user provisioning, and troubleshooting.
Experience with security incident handling and response, including root cause analysis and remediation.
Ability to lead and manage security projects, from planning and implementation to reporting and audit.
Familiarity with OCI a plus.
Experience with Oracle quarterly HCM upgrades and enhancements.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Working with compliance controls (Sox) is a plus.
