CTG is seeking an Oracle HCM Payroll Lead to support our client in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle HCM Payroll implementations, including process design, configuration, functional design, testing, and deployment.
Advise clients on best practices for Payroll, Core HR, and related modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Security).
Provide end-to-end support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations, customizations, and testing tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HCM processes and ensure seamless integration.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll and Core HR modules; experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security is a plus.
Proficient in process design, functional design, product configuration, and testing.
Excellent problem-solving, client advisory, and leadership skills.
Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions successfully.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Relevant Oracle HCM certifications highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
