About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle HCM Lead Consultant

to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of

Oracle HCM Cloud modules

(Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Time & Labor). Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design tailored HCM solutions. Drive

requirement gathering

,

fit-gap analysis

,

solution design

, and

configuration

activities. Prepare and review

functional design documents

, test scripts, and training materials. Conduct

UAT sessions

, manage issue resolution, and ensure successful go-live. Work closely with

technical teams

for integrations, data migration, and reports. Provide

post-implementation support

, enhancements, and ongoing improvements. Mentor and guide junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in Computer Science, HR, Information Systems, or related field.

8+ years

of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least

2 full-cycle implementations

in HCM Cloud. Strong understanding of

HR processes

business workflows

, and

system configurations

. Hands-on experience in

Core HR

Absence Management

,

Payroll

Talent

Recruiting

Compensation modules

. Proficiency in preparing
