Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of
Oracle HCM Cloud modules
(Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Time & Labor).
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design tailored HCM solutions.
Drive
requirement gathering

fit-gap analysis

solution design
, and
configuration
activities.
Prepare and review
functional design documents
, test scripts, and training materials.
Conduct
UAT sessions
, manage issue resolution, and ensure successful go-live.
Work closely with

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
in Computer Science, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years
of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least
2 full-cycle implementations
in HCM Cloud.
Strong understanding of

system configurations

Hands-on experience in
