Description Responsibilities: To work with Technical / Functional leads to understand the customer requirement. Analysis and documentation of current functional processes, and mapping to future processes including exceptions to the standard processes. To Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud to meet the requirements. Prepare Business/Functional Requirement Documents. Identify non-value adding tasks/processes in operations and things that impair customer and user experience. Design and develop customizations, interfaces & reports. Support leads in completing security setup. Prepare design document & Unit test cases. Carry-out Unit testing and prepare Test results document. Support during SIT, UAT, Go-live and Warranty period. Essential Qualification: BE / master\'s degree in computer science/application (MCA, MSc Computer Science etc..) from a Premier Institute. Candidates having experience with similar HCM products such as Oracle Apps. Experience on HCM modules like Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Talent and Performance Management, OTL. Pre Sales/Solution build experience.
