Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Core HR and Absence Management modules, plus proficiency in at least one additional module (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, or Time & Labor). The ideal candidate will configure, implement, and support HCM solutions to optimize HR processes for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Core HR modules, including employee data management, organizational structures, and self-service portals. Implement and manage Absence Management, handling leave policies, accruals, approvals, and compliance reporting. Support at least one additional HCM module (e.g., Payroll processing, Benefits administration, or Time & Labor tracking) with end-to-end configuration and testing. Gather requirements from stakeholders, conduct fit-gap analysis, and deliver functional designs and solutions. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, user training, and process optimizations. Collaborate with technical teams, conduct UAT, and ensure seamless integrations with other enterprise systems. Stay updated on HCM best practices and contribute to client workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of functional experience in HCM implementations (Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar). Strong expertise in Core HR and Absence Management modules; proficiency in at least one other module (Payroll/Benefits/Time & Labor preferred). Hands-on experience with configuration, prototyping, data migration, and reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher). Excellent problem-solving skills with knowledge of HR business processes and compliance (e.g., Indian labor laws). Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions and documentation.
