Job Title - Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Experience - 6 - 12 Years
Location - Hyderabad, Noida
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:-
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Consultant with 67 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Core HR processes, system configuration, and integration within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules.
• Configure and maintain Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Execute data migration, validation, and integration activities ensuring data integrity.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and user training.
• Review and apply quarterly updates to Oracle HCM Core HR modules.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Design and generate payroll reports and analytics as per business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Core HR
• Strong understanding of Core HR processing, statutory compliance and reporting.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Core HR implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification (preferred).
