Over 5+ Years of experience in Implementation and Support of Oracle HRMS and Fusion HCM Cloud.
Have hands on experience in Oracle Core HR, PMS, OLM, iRecruitment, Absence, Talent Review, success planning and Benefits (HCM) modules.
Hands on experience on Fusion Security including Role Customization, Custom Job/Data roles Creation, Security profiles, personalization\xe2\x80\x99s etc.
Hands on Experience in Data loading into Oracle Fusion HCM by using HDL Data Loader and Payroll Batch Loader.
Working experience with AME for hierarchy configuration or Position hierarchy Implementation, and workflows.
Ability to work with non-IT people, adapt easily to a new environment & quick decision making, good communication skill and problem resolving approach.
Willing to learn a range of business or technical specialties based on business needs.
Good exposure in OUM / AIM Methodology and delivered documents like RD011, R020, AN050, MC050, TE025, RD30, MD50/70, BR100 etc.
Willing to travel or relocate within India or abroad.
