Minimum 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience Involved in at least 1 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation Deep understanding of legal & regulatory compliance in HCM systems Act as a subject matter expert throughout the end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion implementation lifecycle. Successfully delivered Global Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects across multiple geographies, including APAC/China and North America regions. Conduct design workshops for Oracle HCM Security and work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams. Proficient in Oracle HCM Security setup: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Custom security profiles and criteria Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, Benefits, Absence & Payroll module security Hands-on experience with: User and Role Access Management HDL (HCM Data Loader) for Users and Roles Segregation of Duties (SoD) Advanced Access Controls & Advanced Transaction Controls HCM Business Object Audits, PII data security, and compliance tracking Access Certifications and Advanced Access Requests Develop Security & Validation Strategy Plans aligned with regulatory and compliance standards. Knowledge and practical experience in: Oracle IDCS and Cloud Identity Administration (Good to have) Oracle HCM Design Studio and Page Composer Quarterly patch updates and lifecycle methodology for HCM Fusion projects Oracle Redwood design principles Proven ability to: Capture business requirements effectively Communicate and collaborate with IT, HR teams, and executive leadership Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
