We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in
Core HR and Compensation Cloud
to join our team for a support project. The consultant will be responsible for managing day-to-day support activities, troubleshooting issues, configuring solutions, and collaborating with business users to ensure smooth operations within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
production support
for Oracle HCM Cloud
Core HR
and
Compensation
modules.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve
functional and technical issues
raised by business users.
Configure and maintain Core HR and Compensation setups to align with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
integration with other HCM modules
(e.g., Payroll, Absence, Benefits).
Develop and maintain
functional documentation
, configurations, and test scripts.
Support
quarterly Oracle patches
by performing impact analysis, testing, and applying required fixes.
Work with Oracle Support to manage
SRs (Service Requests)
and drive timely resolution.
Train and assist end-users in effective use of Core HR and Compensation functionalities.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as an
Oracle HCM Consultant
.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Oracle HCM Core HR
and
Compensation Cloud
.
Solid understanding of
HCM security, approvals, workflows, and reporting tools (OTBI/BIP)
.
Experience in
support projects
, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide functional solutions.
Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Absence, Benefits) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Core HR or Compensation.
