Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge, experience in implementation projects, and the ability to manage client-facing discussions, configuration, and end-to-end HCM Cloud delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver functional activities across OTL and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and participate in solution design.
Perform detailed configuration of OTL and Absence modules as per business requirements.
Support data migration activities into Oracle Cloud environments.
Handle migration of setup changes from non-production to production.
Work on implementation projects, contributing to end-to-end delivery--requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Interact with customers as part of a client-facing role, ensuring alignment between functional design and business needs.
Work across multiple tasks efficiently and adjust priorities quickly based on project demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support global delivery environments.
Participate in meetings across multiple time zones (as required).
Travel as per business requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
4 to 8 years of Oracle HCM Functional experience.
Strong hands-on experience in:
OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)
Absence Management
Practical experience with:
Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
Configuration and solution design
Running workshops and gathering business requirements
Data migration and validation
Setup migration across environments (DEV/TEST/PROD)
Ability to manage multiple functional tasks independently.
Strong communication skills for client interactions and stakeholder management.
Flexibility to work across international time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to additional HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent, or Payroll.
Understanding of broader HR processes and Oracle Cloud functionality.
Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and regression cycles.
