client location in Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle HCM Fusion (OTL & Absence modules)
Handle day-to-day tickets, issue analysis, troubleshooting, configuration updates, and enhancements
Work with business users for requirement gathering and solution design
Perform impact analysis, testing, documentation, and deployment support
Deliver enhancements, customizations, and changes per client requirements
Ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
Collaborate with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and offshore/onshore coordination
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Fusion HCM - OTL & Absence
Hands-on experience in functional configurations and setups
Experience working on Support, Enhancements, and Change Requests
Knowledge of Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and workflow configurations
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
