Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Core HR and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will have solid functional understanding, configuration experience, and a strong ability to manage client-facing engagements, solution design, and end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation tasks.
This role includes working closely with global teams, handling multiple tasks, and ensuring smooth delivery across HCM workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional delivery for Core HR and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and perform gap analysis to create functional solution designs.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR structures, workforce structures, employment flows, and person management functions.
Configure Absence Management including accrual plans, absence types, eligibility profiles, and related rules.
Support data migration activities: templates, validations, and reconciliation.
Handle setup migration across environments (DEV ? TEST ? PROD).
Work on end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations including CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
Provide detailed documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with technical, functional, and global teams for integrated delivery.
Manage customer expectations and participate in client-facing sessions.
Handle multiple priorities and deliver under minimal supervision.
Required Experience & Skills
4-8 years of Oracle HCM Functional experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Core HR
Absence Management
Solid understanding of:
Global HR processes
Accrual plans and absence rules
Workforce structures and HCM foundations
Experience in:
Full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
Requirement gathering and solution design
Data migration and reconciliation
Setup migration and environment management
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to additional modules such as Talent, Compensation, or OTL.
Understanding of cross-module interactions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly patching and regression testing.
