Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Benefits with strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits configuration, implementation, and client-facing activities. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise across benefits design, eligibility rules, enrollment processing, and regulatory compliance.
The role requires supporting North America clients, working in NA shift timings, and handling cross-functional interactions with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional delivery for Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud across design, configuration, and deployment.
Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional solution designs.
Configure Benefits flows including:
Eligibility profiles
Benefits plans & programs
Rates, coverages, options
Enrollment windows & life events
Support Open Enrollment (OE) and Life Event testing & execution.
Execute data migration and validations for Benefits-related data.
Manage setup migration between environments (DEV ? TEST ? PROD).
Engage directly with North American stakeholders across global teams.
Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live hypercare phases.
Provide functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
Work independently on multiple tasks, shifting priorities as needed.
Join client calls and internal meetings aligned to NA time zones.
Required Experience & Skills
4-8 years Oracle HCM Functional experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Benefits module -- configuration, testing, solution design.
Working knowledge of:
Benefits eligibility rules & fast formulas (preferred)
Enrollment flows and event processing
Benefits rates, plan reporting, and corrections
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects (minimum 1 full-cycle implementation preferred).
Experience with data migration, HDL/FBDI (preferred).
Experience working with global teams and NA clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end module ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Core HR, Absence, or Payroll is a plus.
Familiarity with U.S. benefits rules, ACA, COBRA, 401k, etc. (preferred but not mandatory)
Understanding of quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
