Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle applications to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical skills and functional knowledge, ensuring Oracle solutions align with business requirements while being technically robust.



This role involves the implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of Oracle HCM applications across various modules.




Key Responsibilities:




Implementation & Configuration:

End-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, HDL, Reporting Tools, Fast Formula).

Customization & Development:

Develop and customize Oracle forms, reports, workflows, and other components to meet business requirements.

Business Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, map them to Oracle applications, and recommend functional solutions.

System Integration:

Handle data migration, system integration, and interface design for seamless integration with third-party systems.

Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

Testing & Documentation:

Conduct system testing, regression testing, and document functional designs, test scripts, and technical specifications.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

Train end-users on Oracle system functionality and best practices; document and share technical and functional knowledge.

Upgrade & Patch Management:

Plan, test, and implement Oracle patches, upgrades, and release management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.



Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in Oracle applications with exposure to both technical and functional aspects. Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to Oracle applications. Oracle certification in any relevant module is a plus.



Preferred Skills:




Experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud solutions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations in Compensation and Payroll modules.
