Job Title -Oracle HCM Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant
Experience - 6 - 12 Years
Location - PAN India (Hybrid)
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirement:-
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, system configuration, and integration within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
• Configure and maintain Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Execute data migration, validation, and integration activities ensuring data integrity.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and user training.
• Review and apply quarterly updates to Oracle HCM Payroll modules.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Design and generate payroll reports and analytics as per business needs.
