8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud product / solutions. Expertise in implementing and/or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Applications. Proficient in HCM modules in techno-functional capacity, including but not limited to Core HR, Compensation, ORC, etc. Expertise in technical tools -- developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Data Loads. Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud solution to customer and other Oracle team members to underpin successful delivery. Functional expertise to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HCM Cloud solutions. Be the Oracle Solution Delivery authority to ensure that customers make informed decisions regarding scope to achieve beneficial solutions cost effectiveness, quality and reusability. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse audiences, from executives to technical specialists. Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
