Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across multiple HCM modules and should be capable of driving end-to-end implementation, process improvements, and providing strategic HR tech consulting to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and upgrades.


Analyze and gather HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.

Design, configure, and test Oracle HCM modules such as:

Core HR


Talent Management


Absence Management


Payroll (preferably Global Payroll)


Time & Labor


Compensation


Performance and Goals

Benefits

Define and document functional designs, test cases, and training materials.


Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL).


Perform data conversions and migrations using tools like HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Loader.


Act as a liaison between HR teams and technical teams to ensure solution quality.


Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-go-live issues.


Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM (including at least 3+ years in Fusion Cloud).


Strong functional expertise in at least 45 HCM Cloud modules.


Proven experience in full lifecycle HCM implementations.


Hands-on experience with data loading tools (HDL, HSDL).


Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices.


Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) preferred.
