The Oracle GTM Technical Consultant is responsible for technical design, development, customization, and integration of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions with enterprise systems, ensuring scalable and compliant global trade processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Oracle GTM technical components
Develop and maintain GTM agents, automation rules, and business logic
Work on GTM data models, reference data, and configuration objects
Develop integrations between Oracle GTM and:
Oracle Fusion ERP / EBS
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Third-party systems via REST/SOAP, XML, and flat files
Build and support GTM inbound/outbound interfaces
Customize GTM screens, workflows, and reports
Handle GTM upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
Support data migration and bulk data loads
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
Work closely with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle GTM technical architecture
Expertise in:
GTM agents and automation
Integration frameworks
XML, XSD, REST/SOAP web services
Experience with Oracle database, SQL, and PL/SQL
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion/OTM integration architecture
Experience with GTM reporting and analytics
Required Experience & Qualifications
8+ years of experience as an Oracle GTM Technical Consultant
end-to-end Oracle GTM implementation
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Oracle GTM Technical certification
Experience with cloud integrations and middleware (OIC, SOA Suite)
