The Oracle GTM Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Global Trade Management solutions to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to global trade compliance and logistics
Configure Oracle GTM modules including:
Trade Compliance
Customs Management
Product Classification
Restricted Party Screening (RPS)
Trade Agreements and FTA
License Management
Map business processes to Oracle GTM functionality and recommend best practices
Configure GTM rules, screening logic, trade controls, and compliance workflows
Work with technical teams for integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP, OTM, EBS, or third-party systems
Support data migration activities (item master, HTS codes, country of origin, partners, etc.)
Conduct functional testing (SIT/UAT) and support user acceptance testing
Prepare functional design documents, setup guides, and end-user training materials
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations (US, EU, APAC, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Oracle GTM Functional implementations/support
Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs processes, and compliance
Hands-on experience with Oracle GTM configuration and functional setups
Experience integrating Oracle GTM with Oracle Fusion/EBS/OTM
Strong understanding of import/export processes, tariffs, and trade agreements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
