Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) professional** to deliver training or consulting services focused on real-time data replication and high-availability architecture using Oracle GG. The candidate should be able to cover installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and advanced features of GoldenGate across heterogeneous environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured training sessions on Oracle GoldenGate architecture and operations
Train on topics such as:
Real-time data replication
Extract, Pump, and Replicat configuration
Initial load and change data capture (CDC)
Checkpoints, trail files, and process management
Bi-directional replication
Conflict detection and resolution
Provide hands-on labs, real-time demos, and scenario-based learning
Assist with installation, setup, and troubleshooting of Oracle GG
Guide learners on best practices, tuning, and high availability (HA) setups
Optionally prepare trainees for Oracle GoldenGate certifications
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate (12c or higher)
Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS, data replication, and high availability architectures
Experience with heterogeneous replication (Oracle to MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Familiarity with monitoring tools like GoldenGate Monitor or Enterprise Manager (OEM)
Proficient with Linux/Unix command line for managing OGG processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills (virtual or classroom)
