Key Responsibilities

Provide

L2/L3 functional support

for Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management System (WMS). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

Inbound

,

Outbound

,

Inventory

,

Putaway

,

Picking

,

Cycle Counting

, and

Warehouse Operations

. Handle

Service Requests (SRs)

with Oracle Support and track issue resolution. Analyze integration issues between WMS and other modules (e.g.,

Inventory, Procurement, Order Management

, Logistics). Support configuration changes, rule updates, and system validations as required. Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions. Assist business teams in daily operational challenges and ensure timely resolution. Participate in regression testing, UAT support, and deployment of minor enhancements. Provide knowledge transfer and end-user support for warehouse processes. Document support activities, configuration changes, and update SOPs.
Required Skills:

6-8 years of experience in

Oracle Fusion SCM/WMS

, with strong expertise in WMS functional processes. In-depth knowledge of: Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping Inventory Transactions & Adjustments Task Management Warehouse Rules & Strategies Scanning/Barcode processes Experience handling

support projects

with tight SLAs. Hands-on experience with

Oracle Fusion setups

, configurations, and troubleshooting. Understanding of integrations with

3PL systems, OTBI/Fusion Analytics, and REST/SOAP services

. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SCM, OM, Procurement, Inventory). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
